    We recommend using our LED Mask as part of your weekly skincare routine. Consistency is key with LED Light Therapy to see results!
    With regular use, you should start seeing improvements within 2 to 6 weeks. Reductions in redness or inflammation is noticeable sooner,
    while more significant changes, such as improved skin texture and reduced wrinkles, typically take 6 to 12 weeks. Results can vary based on individual skin types and concerns.     LED Light Therapy is safe for most people and difficult to overuse. However, if you experience any unexpected results, discontinue use and consult your physician.

    YES! You can use different LED light colours on the same day. Each colour targets different skin concerns, so combining them in one session can address multiple issues.

    For best results, we recommend using our LED Mask three to five times a week for 15 to 30 minutes per session. However, it's perfectly safe to use daily if you prefer!

    It is recommended that you start treatment with a clean, dry face. However not everyone's skin is the same.

    If your face feels dry after use, try applying your favourite serum or hydrating cream before treatment to avoid excess dryness.

    We recommend to always re-hydrate your face afterwards to achieve maximum results. 

    Absolutely! Cleanse your face before using the mask, and feel free to follow up with your favourite serums, moisturisers, or other skincare products. The LED Mask will help enhance the absorption of your skincare products.

    Our LED Light Therapy Mask will take 60 minutes to fully charge. Once fully charged, the light on the power button will change from red to blue. The mask will have up to 100 minutes, providing you with a total of 6 treatments before needing to recharge.

    To keep your LED Light Therapy Mask in optimal condition, follow these care steps:

    Turn Off and Unplug: Ensure the mask is turned off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning.

    Wipe with a Soft Cloth: Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to gently wipe down the surface of the mask, removing any dirt or oils.

    Spot Clean if Necessary: For stubborn spots, lightly dampen the cloth with water and gently wipe. Avoid using harsh chemicals, soaps, or abrasive materials as they can damage the mask.

    Dry Completely: Ensure the mask is fully dry before storing or using it again.

    Store Properly: Store the mask in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

    Our LED Light Therapy Mask is designed so that the light does not shine directly into the eyes, the light is UV Free, and dispersed around the face avoiding the area of the eyes.

    LED Light Therapy is generally considered safe, but it’s always best for pregnant women to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new treatment, including LED Light Therapy. While there’s no conclusive evidence showing harm, it’s important to get personalised advice based on your specific situation.

    Yes! We offer 12 months warranty provided the product is not damaged due to misuse and if the purchase was made directly with Selfcare Social.

    Delivery times within Australia can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes around 5-7 business days. Express shipping can take 1-3 business days.

    International orders typically take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

    We can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to reach out to Australia Post directly to inquire about redirecting the parcel. This can also be done via the AusPost app if you have an account.
